For 17-year history Group of Companies “MonArch” has gathered colossal experience of construction and has deserved the high reputation of the responsible prime contractor. Among them there are residential buildings in Marinsky park, Butovo, Kurkino, Beskudnikovo, in Pulkovskaya street, gymnasia ¹ 1529 in 2-nd Obydensky pereulok, schools in Novoslobodskaya, Armavirskaya and Mikhalkovskaya streets, in Monetchikovsky pereulok, in Gospitalny Val, two schools in Beslan, “House of Moscow in Yerevan” (the Republic of Armenia), Moscow Science and Experience Center of medical help to handicapped children in Solntsevo, Moscow Arbitration Court, a building of Moscow City Court and some district courts, Sport and Recreation Center in Krylatskoe, Ice Sports Palace in Khodynskoe Polye, Scientific Research Institute for Urgent Pediatric Surgery and Traumatology and it is not a completed list of successfully realized ideas and projects. Each building and premises of GC “MonArch” has its own face and many objects are of federal value.
